 Internet Open Access Policy
(updated January 6th)

For over 60 years, The Israeli Journal of Aquaculture – Bamidgeh (IJA) appeared in traditional printed format. A recent review of alternative ways to expand distribution of the journal resulted in the adoption of an open access policy according to which all IJA articles and abstracts will be totally accessible at no charge via the Internet. We believe that our new Open Access Electronic Journal will reach a larger worldwide public, including individuals and institutions with limited resources, and enhance citation of our articles.

The IJA will continue to appear on a quarterly basis in 2010. Free access to articles will be possible after registration. Registration, as well as access to all full text articles and abstracts, will be free of charge on a yearly basis and require renewal at the end of each calendar year.

To register now, complete the form below, save it to your computer and mail it to:  ija-editor@siamb.org.il. Additional forms can be downloaded from our Internet site at www.siamb.org.il. All registrations will be confirmed promptly.

Note: The sale of IJA OA articles is strictly forbidden.
